Lynn Sanders

Lynn Sanders was born in Austin, Texas.  He attended Law School at the University of Texas at Austin and has practiced law in Austin since 1975.

For over 30 years, Lynn has run a general law practice throughout Central Texas (Travis, Williamson, Bastrop, and Hays Counties) and wherever else client cases and problems take him.  Lynn spent four years in the late 1980?s as a disability staff attorney at Advocacy, Inc. and also spent a summer practicing law in American Samoa, an island group in the Pacific Ocean.

Lynn has been involved in community efforts addressing issues of mental health, developmental disability and homelessness.  He is the current  board chair of Front Steps, a local nonprofit providing services for the homeless.  He has been a member of the advisory board of the local MHMR on adult mental health and has received numerous awards for community service.

Lynn speaks Spanish, having lived two years in South America.  He is a golfer and a cyclist, and enjoys reading, travel, crosswords, and swimming with his dog Scarlett.  He and his wife Deborah Edward have three children.

Carla Andrews, Legal Assistant

A retired official court reporter and mother of two girls, Carla Andrews has worked in the legal field much of her adult life.

Carla is familiar with the legal issues and the personal hardship for our clients that often accompany legal problems when they arise.

Location and Directions

We are located at the southeast corner of 10th Street and Congress Avenue, one block south of the Texas Capitol building.  There is street meter parking or building parking turning in off 10th Street, a one way street running east to west from IH35 past Congress Avenue.
