Some of his client families have needed legal services first for the grandparents, then the parents and now the grandchildren in the family. A family may get a will or a power of attorney or a health power of attorney or living will for an elder parent. The parents may need an elder guardianship or guardianship for developmental disabilities of a child or injured loved one. The grandchild may need to probate an estate or prepare an affidavit of heirship to clear title to real estate.
Services also include small business advice, partnerships, corporations, assumed names, account collection work and bringing small business law suits or defending them.
